Description

Must be comfortable in the deep water and be able to swim front crawl with side breathing for 25yds, back crawl for 25yds, and elementary backstroke for 25 yds. This class works towards diving into the pool then swimming front crawl 50yds, back crawl for 50yds, elementary backstroke for 50yds, and breaststroke for 50yds.
