Description

Aqua-Cycle is a high-energy, low impact cycling workout performed on stationary bikes submerged in the pool. This class is ideal for adults of all fitness levels, lap swimmers seeking cross-training, and anyone looking for a challenging yet joint friendly cardio option. Pre-registration required. There will be no on-site registration accepted. Sign-up for as many or little classes as you'd like. Fee is per class.
