Aqua Fit Deep- Nozomi

Get a full-body workout in our Aqua Deep class! Using a flotation belt, participants are supported in deep water while performing a variety of cardio and strength exercises designed to improve endurance, build muscle, and engage their core. This class incorporates upbeat music and resistance equipment to keep workouts fun, effective, and easy on the joints. Aqua Deep is ideal for participants looking for a low-impact, high-energy workout, no strong swimming ability required, just a comfort level in deep water. Sign-up for as many or as little classes as you’d like. Fee is per class. Registration is required to guarantee space; however, drop-ins may be accepted on deck if class is not full.
