Adult Beach Volleyball Monday Co-Ed League

Description

This beach volleyball league plays on Monday nights at the Gilbert Regional Park. This is a league for the recreational, average player. The league runs for seven weeks and consists of six league gamedays and one double(set)-elimination tournament in the last week. League aims to schedule two matches a night per team. Some weeks, teams may have just one or up to three matches. Matches consist of up to three sets (best two of three). The first and second sets are to 25 points, and the third set (if necessary) is to 15 points. Rally scoring is used. Games start no earlier than 6:00 PM and end at 9:00 PM. Gameplay is four vs. four; however, teams can have more than four players on a roster for substitutions. Co-ed: Teams must have at least one male and one female player on the court at all times. Registration is "first-come, first-served" and is for eight teams only.The league site coordinator reserves the right to divide the eight-team league into two divisions if needed to group teams of similar skill levels and/or for game scheduling purposes.
