Ready to try something new? Always wanted to dance? Our high-energy one-hour dance class is a great way for adults to stay active, learn fun dance steps and make new friends. Get ready to move and burn some calories! The student is responsible for providing their own dance wear and dance shoes specific to the dance style being taught. This program is intended for individuals who are already physically active.
