Healthy eating begins with good cooking. Come learn the fundamentals of cooking and how to prepare nutritious meals on a budget. This activity is designed for individuals with special needs or an intellectual disability.The City of Toronto and its staff cannot guarantee that the foods or supplies within its cooking programs are free of allergens.
