Description

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement with agility, balance and coordination. In this adapted version of multi-sport, as you learn the basics of a variety of sports like soccer, basketball and volleyball through drills, practice and play, you will also develop confidence in both your game and team play as you interact and have fun with peers.Participants must have a current AIS membership.
