Acro Dance 2 Long-Term

Description

A combination of dance and gymnastics. Children learn balances, the beginning elements of gymnastics and the basic steps of dance. These are put together to music, and the children learn a routine. Classes culminate in a performance at the Michael J. Fox Theatre. All students will be assessed in the first weeks of classes and may be moved to a different level. Bodysuit and shorts are preferred. Students will dance barefoot. Instructor: Sydney PolandExtra fees for recital ($15.00) and costume ($30.00). Payment plan option (via credit card payments) available: 50% of payment due at time of registration, 25% due on Dec 15, and 25% due on Mar 15.To give long-term arts students ample time to determine if a long-term program is right for them, students can attend 4 classes before a yearlong commitment is required. If you withdraw during this period, you will be charged only for each class you attend without being charged the City of Burnaby refund fee of 10%. Withdrawals/refunds are not permitted after the start of the 5th class of a long-term program.
