Description

This high-energy class combines easy to follow dance moves with Latin and International music to torch calories and unleash your inner dancer. Routines follow a variety of tempos, exploring both slow and fast rhythms to improve cardiovascular fitness. No previous dance experience necessary.This is a Group Fitness Drop-In activity. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
