Description
Empower yourself with practical self defense techniques while improving your physical fitness in a safe, supportive, and all female environment. This program is open to all women regardless of fitness level or prior martial art experience. Build confidence, strength, and the skills to protect yourself with expert instruction from experienced and certified coaches. Please Note: This program is run at the Ajax Community Centre in the Ajax Budokan Judo Club. Ages: 14+ **Please Note: The Judo Ontario membership fee is $26.95, payable to the instructor at the first class**
