Description

Using a variety of fitness equipment, this station-based class helps develop proper form for foundational life movement patterns and builds strength, balance and agility in a fun and effective 45-minute workout.This is a Group Fitness Drop-In activity. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
