Description
This beginner-level program helps participants build confidence using the internet and everyday online tools. Participants will learn how to search for information effectively, navigate websites, use email, book appointments online, access community and government services, shop online more safely, and understand common website features such as search bars, menus, forms, and account logins. The program is designed for adults who want to feel more comfortable completing everyday tasks online at their own pace. This in-person instructional workshop provides guided practice, demonstrations, step-by-step support, and time for questions.
