Description
Join us on this exclusive insider tour! Located in Woods Creek, north of Monroe, WA. This hydroelectric project started operation in 1983, purchased by PUD in 2008. It produces electricity for over 200 homes per year on average: over 600 homes at full generation. The waterfall at powerhouse prevents salmon spawning migration above project. Please bring your own water and snacks needed for the journey. Visitors should also plan for uneven terrain, stairs, and a short walk down a steep graveled slope to the powerhouse.
