Description

Salsa is a high-energy, improvised social dance that people enjoy all over the world. It is danced to an up-tempo musical style that fuses elements from a variety of musical cultures including Afro-Cuban rhythms, Cuban Son and American Jazz. Learning this dynamic partner dance will keep us fit and help us improve our balance, coordination and confidence all while having a lot of fun. In this beginner's Salsa class we will learn the foundational movements, vocabulary and timing of Salsa dancing. No experience or partner required!
