Description

Improve tumbling and vaulting skills through strength training with bars. Designed for those with basic skills, it includes practice of forward rolls, bridge kickovers, round-offs, back handsprings, and techniques on high beam, bars, and vault for gymnastics progression. Pre-requisite: Must have completed Gymnastics - Level 1 or similar course.
