Description

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement with agility, balance and coordination. In flag football, a non-contact version of tackle football where flags are used to stop a play, you will learn basics like throwing, catching and offensive and defensive plays as well as game rules through drills, practice and play.
