Try It - Intro To Acting

Try It… You May Like It! Does your child have the passion to play pretend? Join us for 4 weeks to explore the foundations of acting for the stage. In this non-musical performance program, participants will explore voice, character creation, and movement. Theatre games, drama exercises and text work will help participants develop confidence and creativity. If you're new to the world of performing arts, this is a great place to start! There is no final performance for this program.No experience is required and everyone is welcome. Participants should arrive ready to move.This program takes place at the new Xpressions Condominium Space at 9471 Yonge Street. There is limited on-site parking available for participants, so please allow extra time for arrival. The entrance to the space is on the North East side of the building off of Observatory Lane. Signage will be posted.
