Description

Note: This program is for current Hockey and Ringette PlayersBuild stronger speed and skating technique! This program focuses on improving stride development, speed, balance, agility, and overall skating efficiency through progressive drills and skill-building activities. Full hockey equipment, ice skates and CSA-approved ice hockey helmets with protective cage facemasks are mandatory. Prerequisite: Power Skating – Level 1 or equivalent.
