Description

(Ages 5-15 years) Designed for a first-time swimmer who is gaining comfort and confidence in the water. Level 1 teaches swimmers how to hold their breath underwater, bob in the water, and perform front float with kicking. To pass this course, swimmers should be able to float independently on front and back for at least 10 seconds as well as kick independently for 5 yards.
