Description

(Ages 5-15 years) Beginner swimmers will learn basic survival skills, underwater swim, freestyle, backstroke, and how to retrieve objects from the bottom of the pool. Prerequisite(s): pass Level 1 or float on front and back independently for 10 seconds and kick independently for 5 yards. To pass this course, swimmers should be able to swim freestyle with rhythmic breathing and backstroke independently for 10 yards while demonstrating basic survival skills.
