Prerequisite: At least 5 years of age, proof successful completion of the skills in Red Cross – Preschool 5 - Whale or Swim Kids Level 1 or equivalent swim assessment and are over the age of 5 are recommended to register for this program.In this levelSwimmers combine entries and exits, tread water for 15 secs, recover an object from chest deep water, flutter kick on front back and side (10m each), wearing a PFD jump, tread water (30 sec) and swim (15m) combination, whip kick in a vertical position, front and back crawl (10m each) and intro to interval training
