Description

Swim at your own pace. You will begin to explore more advanced swim skills such as surface dives, stride jump, treading skills and all strokes and kicks. You will continue to develop your lifesaving and self rescue techniques. Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Adapted Ultra Swim - Intermediate. Participants must have a current AIS membership. To register contact the AIS Hotline at 416-395-6128 or aiscw@toronto.ca. Please Note: External support persons attending with you shall enter the water as required and can attend at no charge.
