Description

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement with agility, balance and coordination. In volleyball, a team sport where the objective is to hit the ball so it makes contact with the opposing teams court, you will learn basics like serving, volleying, bumping, spiking and passing as well as game rules through drills, practice and play.
