Description

Individual, goal-focused clinic to provide stroke endurance and stroke technique development for participants in the following advanced aquatic certification programs: Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor. Focuses on front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, head up front crawl and lifesaving kicks.
