Description

Short Breaks is an intergenerational, afternoon program aimed to facilitate community building among adults with an intellectual disability.This one-of-a-kind collaborative initiative is striving to respond to the needs of individuals and their families to provide a short break option throughout the week. Short Breaks is designed to be social, with an educational, recreational and creative focus.
