Description

Yang Style 24 is one of the most popular forms of Tai Chi. It consists of 24 slow, continuous and circular movements in a flowing form. This class will introduce the 24 different Tai Chi forms, weight shifting and transitions. We will also spend some time to practice basic fundamentals.
