Description

A slow-paced yoga practice focuses on stillness, mindfulness, and deep breathing. Yoga props are used to encourage the body to relax and help soothe the nervous system. Fun, challenging poses will be offered with modification. Participants need to be able to get up from or down to the mat. Bring a large bath towel and yoga mat to class.
