Description

Dive into Swimmer 4! Intermediate swimmers will swim 5m underwater and master greater lengths of front crawl and back crawl; swimming 25m of each. They will also be introduced to whip kick on their front, and breaststroke arms. To their new bag of tricks they will add completion of the Canadian Swim to Survive« Standard. They will cap it all off with a front crawl sprint for 25 m and 4 x 25m front or back crawl interval training. The ratio for this level is 8 swimmers to 1 instructor. Prerequisite: Swimmer 3.
