Description
The Don Jitsu Ryu (Karate/Jiu-Jitsu) martial arts style was founded in Trinidad & Tobago and is practiced by Purple Dragon globally. Students learn practical and effective self-defence techniques, katas (forms), breakfalls, and sport karate sparring drills while improving fitness and learning the philosophies of the Don Jitsu Ryu system. Build strength, bone density, and relieve stress. A white karate uniform is required and available for purchase at Trout Lake CC.
