Description

Instructional sports activities are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement with agility, balance and coordination. In badminton, a racquet sport that focuses on hand-eye coordination and has you using your racquet to rally for points with a ‘birdie’ you will learn basics like grip, serve and swing, as well as game rules through drills, practice and play.
