Description

Lace-up to improve your skating skills. Through practice and play, Learn basics like balance and posture, falling and standing up and forward movement. As you gain confidence on the ice, you will work towards forward skating, gliding, stopping and backward skating. In addition to the minimum two hours a day focusing on developing and fine-tuning your skating skills, you will also enjoy games, arts, sports and swim days dependent on weather and camp location. A trip or on-site special experience will be included, such as themed events, clinics or workshops to further enhance the camp.Prerequisite: Able to stand and walk on skates with straight ankles off the ice. Equipment: Campers must bring (wear) their skates and a CSA-approved hockey helmet.
