Practice approachable stepping patterns and build cardiovascular endurance in a moderately-paced 'Step' environment. As you progress, we recommend trying the 'Step & Sculpt' class.This is a Group Fitness Drop-In activity. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
