Description
Goddess Flow is a fitness experience for women. It combines ancient cultures. You can reduce stress and get sweaty with fun, easy cardio moves. These moves are influenced by belly dance, Bollywood, and African dance. You can also sculpt and tone your body with Pilates-inspired core work. Lastly, you can stretch and meditate with yoga-inspired moves. Formerly known as Bellyfit.
