Description

A free group-led physical activity program for inactive older adults that introduces participants to physical activity and a daily movement commitment. This fun and social program is progressive and focuses on improving activities and strengthening the muscles associated with daily living. Each class incorporates physical activities and in-class discussions and resources.Registration for ActivAge™ is free for those registered in the Saanich Choose To Move program. Must be registered in Saanich Choose To Move to register.
