Description
Free, slower-paced, one-hour guided walks through parks and neighbourhoods, on pavement and smooth trails. Steep hills avoided where possible. Rests and pace varies to ensure comfort of all walkers. Please wear supportive footwear. No pets - certified guide and service dogs only please.Each week is a different location.
