Description

Participants will learn water safety and basic paddling skills in an assortment of flat water racing canoes and kayaks. As skills increase, paddlers will learn race paddling techniques. This program is open to all youth ages 10-18. No experience is required and equipment is provided.**This course requires a float test taken PRIOR to class**Float tests are not administered at the Small Craft Center but are available at our pools and life-guarded beaches. Please contact the pool or beach of your choice to schedule your float test.
