Description

This class is a fun, safe introduction to weight and strength training. Proper form will be taught using dumbbells, chairs, and other equipment which will be provided. Work at your own pace and move up to heavier weights as you get stronger and build your confidence.This is a beginner level class, but participants should be able to follow simple directions and perform tasks on their own or must have a provider present.
