Description

Familiarize yourself with our facilities and get an overview of the basics of strength training. Safe use of equipment and etiquette are important to all. An orientation is recommended before using the weight room. An orientation is mandatory for those 13-15 yr prior to using the weight room. Youth 13-15 years and Seniors 60+ years are free.
