Description

Cardio tennis is a class focused on fast paced aerobic drills and games to get your heart rate up. Cardio and fun are more important than form and strategy. This is a social tennis activity featuring music and is designed for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. This clinic includes a dynamic warm-up, aerobic drills and cool down and stretch.This is a 3.0-4.4 NTRP rated Adult Tennis Lesson at Scottsdale Ranch Park, 10400 E Via Linda. This lesson requires a 3.0 rating for registration. RATING LEVELS WILL BE VERIFIED. If you register for this lesson and it does not match your computer rating, you will be removed from the lesson. However, an opening in your correct rating level may not be available at that time. Please note: There is a $10 administration fee for any lesson withdrawal or lesson transfer. If you are planning to withdraw prior to the second tennis lesson, please withdraw from the course using your online account.
