Description

Stretch, mobilize, and unwind in this gentle aerial yoga workshop. Using supportive hammocks suspended from the ceiling, you'll explore slow, mindful movements, deep stretches, and mobility-focused poses that promote stability, flexibility and stress relief. No previous experience necessary, but we recommend participants have a generally active lifestyle and moderate shoulder and hip mobility to get the most out of the program.
