Description

Prerequisite: At least 5 years of age, proof successful completion of the skills in Red Cross Swim Kids Level 7, or Lifesaving Society Swimmer 5, or equivalent swim assessment. In this levelSwimmers increase their distance on front and back crawl (100m), learn stride entry and compact jumps into deep water, legs only surface support (45 sec) continue interval training and sprint breaststroke (25m) eggbeater kick on back and scissor kick
