Description

Learn ballet basics while focusing on strengthening your whole body in a slower paced class. Improve technique, mobility, and grace. Class includes barre, guided floor stretch and strength, cross-floor and centre movement. Beginners welcome (0-2 years dance experience). Lower-impact accommodations can be made.
